Dr. Edward Fazekas is a podiatrist with Foot and Ankle Associates in Lakeland, FL. He received a doctorate of podiatric medicine from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia and completed the Podiatric Surgical Residency Program at New Berlin Memorial Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Fazekas is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, where he serves as the Florida representative, and of the Polk County Podiatric Medical Association, where he served as president for 11 years. He is also a past president of the Florida Podiatric Medical Association.
